We have some bright news to share with you!
Your HOA Board Members, Greg and Chris, picked up the brand-new light poles for the esplanade earlier this week and have already removed the old ones. Their hard work saved the association over $1,000—thank you, Greg and Chris, for going above and beyond for our community!
The new poles are scheduled to be installed on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, bringing a fresh and polished look to our esplanade. But that’s not all—the holiday lights will also be installed next week, adding some festive cheer just in time for the season.
